This website started nearly 2 years ago, and one of the first blog posts was about Chinquapin’s history, its ties to the Carlton family, and the Conservancy neighboring Chinquapin. With so many new owners now, I thought I’d bring that history to your attention.  It’s here. https://www.chinquapinowners.com/post/what-s-a-chinquapin

These website email notifications may appear to be from Martha Dobson's email account because the subject line in Inboxes shows my name, but they are generated by this private owner website. The actual address includes @blog.wixnotifications.com .That means you can read the information on the website, too, not only from the notifications. It remains there, too, so you can find the cell phone coverage & snake bite articles and other past blog posts under News & Updates. Log into the website with the information you created, and you can find past and current information. There isn’t an owner email list associated with this website.

Architectural guidelines about building plans, exterior colors, styles, lighting, tree removal and more are on the website; they can be accessed for your and your builder’s information. You also get a copy of these at the closing of your property, to guide you and the architect, designer, and builder. If needed, ask Ashley Roberts for another copy.

The 2024 survey results are under Surveys & Reports, and, like all the blog posts, those remain on the website.

If you’re not getting email notifications of new website blog posts, let Martha Dobson know. meadobson@gmail.com. Whitelisting the address may help; instructions for that are on the Home page of the website. Scroll down to see them.

September 13 is the HOA meeting, scheduled by developer Mark Adkins. There will be information mailed and emailed from IPM, the property management group, about the meeting and how to create a proxy if you can’t attend the meeting. Choosing a proxy is an important part of participating. The meeting is at the Outpost area. Contact Ashley Roberts, Mark Adkins, or IPM for questions.
